We ship based on product type and state law. All of our products contain THC, but topicals and ingestibles are treated differently depending on the state.

Idaho Notice

Idaho requires zero detectable THC. We do not ship any products to Idaho.

What you are buying

Spiritual Plants products are made from hemp, the same cannabis plant species as marijuana, distinguished by its THC content. Under the 2018 Farm Bill, hemp is federally legal in the United States when it contains less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight. Holy Water, Rest, and Communion contain hemp-derived Delta-9 THC at low, intentional doses (3mg per serving for Holy Water). Anoint is a topical and is not absorbed in the same way as ingestibles.

Why state laws differ

Federal legality does not override state and local rules. Some states have passed their own restrictions on hemp-derived THC products, especially ingestibles. The list of states we cannot ship to is set by current state law, not by us. These laws change frequently. We update this page when they do.

Quality and testing

Every batch of Spiritual Plants product is third-party lab tested for cannabinoid content, pesticides, heavy metals, and microbial contaminants. Certificates of Analysis are available on each product page. We do not make medical claims. We make a plant standard.

A word on intention

These products are designed for adults exercising informed personal choice. Plant medicine has been part of human ritual for thousands of years. Our role is to keep the plant honest, the dose intentional, and the conversation open. The rest is yours.
